"Misti has the amazing ability to interpret my design directions and develops them into bold, beautiful ads! I would say she has without-a-doubt the best design skills in the business!"

Elaine Koehl, Realtor

"We've been working with Morningstar Design for the past 4 years. They are real pros: responsive, organized, and innovative."

Stephanie Stepien

I wanted to take this opportunity to praise Morningstar Design on their superb efforts toward our current advertising and marketing campaign.

In the building industry, we have seen a significant 'slow-down' in our market area. We were continuously advertising and sending out direct mail as usual, with diminishing results. We recorded 4 sales in the month of June for the entire company - 37 communities.

We asked Misti and her team at Morningstar Design for immediate HELP. We requested this help on the weekend prior to the 4th of July holiday. Morningstar Design went to work immediately and within 24 hours had researched our position in the marketplace, our competition and our current campaign. Before the weekend, they presented us with what the owner of our company has called "the best marketing effort ever performed in our 16 years of business".

By the weekend of July 7, we had full page color ads, balloons, banners, flyers, lapel pins, directional signs, and more - all supporting Morningstar Design's hot pink "GET MORE" Campaign for Dan Ryan Builders. And, the results say everything... we recorded 79 sales in July! We went from 4 sales in June to 79 sales in just 30 days! This is our highest selling month since March of last year. The traffic (the # of people walking through our sales offices who complete a customer card) experienced in our sales offices more than quadrupled from this campaign! Our salespeople have never been so prepared and supported by any other campaign in our history.

The best part is that we know Morningstar Design is just getting started. We are all very excited to step through these market conditions with the knowledge, experience and professional help and support of such a fine agency.

Sincerely,

Cheryl Kostreski, Marketing Manager

Dan Ryan Builders

"Thanks so much for your artistic impression from the "index card layout" I started. I'm sure I'll receive calls from from the ad; a lot of my friends who have seen it absolutely love it! Look forward to doing business with you in the future."

Michelle King

"Dear Misti, On behalf of our patients, their families and their friends, Hospice of Frederick County thanks you so much for your support of the Red Ribbon Happy Hour. Your contribution of designing the artwork for the tickets and flyers was extremely generous. We are truly grateful for the time and effort that went into your participation in our fund-raiser. The Red Ribbon Happy Hour was a very special event. We are proud of the fact that we do not charge our patients for any of our services, and events such as the Red Ribbon Happy Hour allows us to continue this commitment. Also, our organization not only reaps the financial rewards, but, perhaps just as importantly, word of our Hospice and its efforts in our community spread, bringing us additional support and volunteers. Thank you again for sharing your commitment to Hospice of Frederick County through your support of the Red Ribbon Happy Hour."

Stella M. Downs

"The professionals at Morningstar Design know the importance of deadlines. That, combined with their skills in customer service and graphic design, make for smooth production and high quality newsletter, brochures, and ads. The words I put on paper, they enhance with visual effects; theirs client's project is more than a job — it's a source of professional pride."

Gwen McEntire, Writer/Editor FMH

"Morningstar Design is absolutely the best organized agency I work with."

Rachel B.K. Nichols, The Gazette and The Real Estate Guide

"Morningstar Design has been able to completely understand our business, our market and our philosophy. With their knowledge, talents and experience, they are extremely effective in providing the right message and image to our potential customers. Morningstar makes our marketing efforts painless and effective."

Rick Fournier

"Dear Morningstar Design, The Frederick Business and Professional Women's Club would like to thank you for your donation and expertise in support of our annual fundraising event. The event was a huge success. Most of the of the funds raised will be used for the Frederick Business and Professional Women's Club Scholarship Program. This is one of the main purposes for hosting an annual fundraising activity, and our scholarship recipients have always been very deserving and appreciative of their awards. Without the support of many people, like yourself, their dreams of advancing their education could possibly go unfulfilled. The program cover was just great. We received many compliments on it. Again, thank you for supporting Frederick Business and Professional Women's Club."
